30-Day Return Policy

We believe our products will offer you an unparalleled riding experience. However, if you decide to return the item after receiving and inspecting it, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to do so and receive a refund, minus the shipping and restocking fees. We will also deduct any additional charges related to the purchase transaction from the refund amount. Unauthorized returns or cash-on-delivery without prior consent from the seller will not be accepted.

If the issue lies with the product itself, we will send a prepaid return label to the customer. Upon receiving it, the customer should attach it to the returned package. The seller will bear the shipping cost and no handling fees will be charged.

Please note that if your product malfunctions more than 30 days after receiving it, please follow the instructions in the manual and contact customer service. After 30 days, we cannot provide free returns, refunds, or exchanges.

The return label authorization is valid for business days from the date it is sent to you. The returned item should be in its original factory state, returned in the original box, and include all packaging materials, accessory bag, manual, charger, product card, and all attachments. Otherwise, the item may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

Once we confirm receipt and inspection of the item and its accessories, we will issue a refund to you within 2 business days, which will be the product price minus any applicable restocking fees and shipping costs.

This return policy only applies to items purchased directly from the Cunfon official website.
